You can set and control every aspect of each vehicle within the fleet, some vehicle may have 24 hour fuelling and others may fill only within office hour or hours you specify for that vehicle

You control the fuel type, vehicle tank size, fuel budgets for each vehicle or piece of plant and equipment in the fleet, you are able to allocate a maximum budget in litres and the time in which that fuel budget is allocated, when the time has elapsed the fuel budget is again automatically reset and starts again for each vehicle in the database.

This feature is very useful not only for vehicles within the fleet but for such things as lawn mowers, water pumps and any other pieces of equipment within the fleet. For instance if you had five or six lawnmowers and allocation of 30 litres per month could be allocated to lawnmowers.

The system would then only allow 30 litres in total draw for those lawnmowers no matter how many fills were required through the month, but upon reaching that limit the system would close the transaction and not grant access for more issues to lawnmowers the remainder of that month.

Of course after the period has elapsed the system would then automatically allow fuelling against the next monthly budget for lawnmowers. This is all set up from within the software we supply and allows you to set time periods from hours to months for each vehicle or piece of plant and equipment within the fleet.

Once set unless the client wishes to make adjustments to the fuel allocation or period of time for that fuel allocation the system needs no further attention in this matter and will continue to control these limitations at the island, would your fuel attendant be able to have such control over your fuel management 24 hours a day – 7 days a week – 365 days a year and without any tea breaks…

And in the office data does not have to be captured from any paperwork as the system operator simply runs a menu option to download the data that has been automatically captured at the fuel island, this will save both time and money, and rules out any discrepancies or data loss with older manual fuelling operations.

Reports can be drawn from a laptop or PC from almost anywhere in the world and can highlight and discrepancies on fuel consumption for any vehicle within the fleet, the data is simply downloaded from the fuel island to the laptop or PC, we don’t control your data – you do.
