With the cost of fuel today fuel theft within company fleets and industry is on the rise, let’s be honest and look at the facts, with today’s prices a few litres of diesel or petrol can be the equivalent of an hour or two of the operators wages, multiply this by a small number of your staff and this can add up to quite a costly sum of money.

Now don’t get me wrong, I not saying that every member of staff within a company is stealing fuel or is likely to steal fuel but fuel theft does occur and more often than many managers will admit, add to that the amount of fuel which can be miss-appropriated and the cost of running a fleet of vehicles can increase dramatically.

Once the fuel issue is completed the data is automatically recorded and saved even in the event of a power failure, should the power fail whilst filling the vehicle this also is not a problem as this data is also captured and when the power is restored this data is added to the fuel records for the vehicle that fuelled at the fuel island.

In fact the system can store the data for a period of 10 years without any power and without data loss. Whilst some vehicles may be allowed to fill 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, others within your fleet may be restricted to office hours etc, and this is all simply set up once within the vehicle database for each vehicle within the fleet and after that the system will obey your instructions and control the fuelling operation on your site or sites. Of course you can change these settings any time you wish as you have full control of your system.
